The terms and conditions indicated below regulate the access and use of this application (hereinafter, the application or the App) of "Click2Move", as well as the conditions under which this use license is granted (hereinafter, the license or use license). The current wording of these terms and conditions is made available to the user (hereinafter, the user) and its reading and acceptance are mandatory during the download and installation process of the application.

The University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia, of which the Balmes University Foundation (hereinafter, "UVic-UCC") is the holder, owns the application, holds all the exploitation rights and, therefore, has the capacity to grant users the license of this application. However, Click2Move appears within the framework of the project Supporting Active and Healthy Jobs in Europe: Co-creating digital solutions to reduce home-office sedentarism (CLICK2MOVE) and with the collaboration of the Dutch Institute of Public Health and Environment (Netherlands), Shannon Technological University (Ireland), the Slovenian Agency for Physical Activity Promotion (Slovenia) and the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP).


1. Application access conditions
Access to the application is done through the “Google Play” and “Apple Store” Caixamòbil Store on the Internet or through any other distributor, always with the prior authorization of UVic-UCC. In no case will any license or download through unauthorized third parties be valid.


2. Use license. Intellectual property
By accepting these conditions, UVic-UCC, through Click2Move grants the user a use license, to install the application on their mobile device (mobile phone) and use the application solely and exclusively for the purpose of accessing the different functions of the program for research purposes.
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the application, including graphic design, content, and databases that, where applicable, include, belong to UVic-UCC or it holds the necessary licenses.
The license is limited and non-exclusive, and the user may in no case:
a) Assign rights, sublicense, lease, distribute or grant rights of any kind to third parties over the granted license.
b) Perform or allow any modification, translate, decompile or perform any type of reverse engineering.
c) Remove, hide or alter any notice related to copyright or intellectual property of the application.
d) Use the application for purposes other than the services offered by the physical activity record, within the framework of the research project.
UVic-UCC reserves the right to make all the modifications and improvements needed in the application, and in this case will have available, at the users' disposal, the updates it considers appropriate at any time. Users are recommended to keep the application duly updated.


3. Trademarks and trade names
Any use of the trademarks, trade names, domain names or any distinctive sign of UVic-UCC contained in the application, including the name and graphic through which the application is identified, is prohibited.


4. Application use conditions and service use conditions offered through the application
These application use conditions regulate the use of the application, without prejudice to the conditions to which each of the services and functionalities of Click2Move to which the user may access through the application, which are governed by the same agreements signed between the user as a client and UVic-UCC.
The user can only access the services through the corresponding access keys provided by Click2Move at the time of acceptance of participation in the project, therefore access to these services, without prejudice that it is carried out exclusively through the application, is subject to the agreement signed between the user and the service holder.
The use of the application requires compatible devices and Internet access, as well as specific software or operating system that is compatible with the application. The application may require the user to have this software or operating system updated so that the performance is not affected.
UVic-UCC guarantees the security of the application, regarding the services that can be accessed through the application. Regarding access keys to the services, the user is the sole responsible for their custody, use and introduction of the keys into the application. Likewise, the user is the sole responsible for the security, use, and custody of the mobile device where the application is installed.


5. Liability
The application is provided in its current state of development and with the functionalities it has at any given time, always suitable for the services offered through the application; therefore, UVic-UCC only guarantees its suitability for the offered services and for the platform or operating system for which it has been developed.
UVic-UCC does not guarantee the availability of the services that can be offered through the application, since their access depends on circumstances beyond its control and the application itself, such as the availability or proper functioning of the terminal device where it is installed or of the telecommunications networks. Therefore, UVic-UCC is in no case responsible for damages of any nature due to this lack of availability, accessibility, and functioning of the services when this is due to the reasons listed above.
UVic-UCC assumes no commitment to evolutionary maintenance or continuity of the application, so at any time UVic-UCC may replace it or simply cease in its provision, without any obligation or responsibility towards users.


6. Personal data protection

Information about the processing of personal data
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.

We process the information provided by users for research and investigation purposes.

What is the legitimacy for processing the data?
The legitimacy for processing the personal data of the application users and participants in the project is consent.

How do we obtain the data that is processed in the application Additio App?
Some of the personal data we process through Click2Move comes from the same users of the application at the time they register.

What data is processed in the application Additio App?
-The categories of data that are processed are:

  2. Codes or identification keys
  3. Email addresses
  4. Physical activity record

-The data is limited, as we only process the data necessary for the effective use of Click2Move.

How long will we keep the data?
The personal data provided in the use and participation in the research project will be kept for the time necessary for the research project and during the terms established to comply with our legal obligations.

As a security measure against data loss, when a registered user unsubscribes, their data will remain in the Click2Move database, however the user can request at any time that the data from the account be completely deleted by contacting click2move@uvic.cat.

To whom will your data be communicated?
The data will be communicated in an anonymized and encrypted form to the project collaborators for the purpose of complying with the research.

Regarding auxiliary services we use, we inform that Click2Move contracts its virtual infrastructure according to a “cloud computing” model. For this reason, we use the services of operators located in the EEA.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

To exercise your rights, you can send us your request to our physical or electronic address.

What security measures do we apply?
In accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, we have adopted the necessary security measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk of the data processing we perform, with mechanisms that allow us to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and constant resilience of the processing systems and services. Among these measures are, for illustrative purposes and not limited to, those already mentioned so far, as well as:



7. Modification
These conditions can be modified at any time, without need for prior notice or notification to the user. The new conditions will be valid from the moment of their publication, so it is recommended that the user access and consult them periodically in order to be aware of the changes introduced.

These conditions and use license are governed by Spanish law.
